WILL YOU CHARGE SALES TAX ON MY ORDER?
A sales tax of 6.65% is added to all orders shipped to Minnesota addresses. Sales tax will not be charged on shipments to recipients outside Minnesota.

HOW WILL MY PURCHASE BE SHIPPED?
Our shipments are sent via UPS ground service. We provide shipping to addresses within the contiguous continental U.S. We do not ship to APO/FPO US military addresses, U.S. post office boxes (PO Boxes), Alaska, Hawaii or international locations at this time.

HOW CAN I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
When your order ships, you will receive an Item Fulfillment e-mail that includes your shipment tracking information. You will be able to track your shipment one (1) business day after receiving the tracking number. Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. In the event an item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail and provide you with the expected shipping date.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PURCHASE?
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, any product may be returned, provided the product is returned in its original packaging and unused. Returns are eligible for a full refund/credit of the purchase price within 30 days of purchase. Please reference your order number and name as it was printed on the original label when returning products. Returns should be securely wrapped, packaged, and shipped to the following address:

Upon receipt and verification that the product is in its original condition/packaging and unused, we will provide a refund/credit in the payment form that was used for the original order. We do not charge a restocking fee for returned products; however the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracking number or delivery confirmation number be obtained.
CDs may also be returned, provided the outer packaging seal is not broken.
Reports of damages, shortages and order discrepancies must be received within 5 days upon the arrival of your package and should be directed to customer service at
